ISMR not getting any financial grant from the Government.
Main financial resources are by way of donation from individuals, corporate sector and local bodies.
Capital Expenditure
Building of ISMR constructed with financial support from citizens of Indore, corporate sectors and from local administration. Present capital requirement for training equipments, infrastructure facilities and for building are about Rs.10 Lacs.
Recurring Expenditure:
Swavlamban receiving fees for training in way of donation, but it is hardly able to meet 30% of recurring expenses. At swavlamban we are having differentiated fees structure depending upon financial status of parent, we are providing totally free training to some of trainees who belong to economical weaker section.
Financial Constraints:
- Main focus to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Swavlamban there is a need of capital expenditure of about Rs.4 to 5 lacs and for recurring expenditure approx Rs.3 lacs per annum, where as revenue expected by way of training fess from parents are about Rs. 1 lacs per annum only.
- Lack of vocational training equipments, hence main focus of training at present is on pre -vocational activities.
- Financial support available from corporate sector and local bodies are mainly for fixed assets.
Hence, to develop regular source of revenue generation is a critical factor for development and effective functioning of the institute.
