  1. Due to deep financial problem, activities of SWAVLAMBAN drifted at lower level, the society is unable to employ qualified vocational instructor and proper staff and key positions are vacant.
  2. Lack of vocational training equipments, hence main focus of training at present is on pre vocational activities.
  3. To enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Swavlamban there is need of capital expenditure of about Rs.4 to 5 lacs and for recurring expenditure approx Rs.3 lacs per annum, where as revenue expected by way of trained fees(?) about Rs. 1 lacs per annum only.
  4. Financial support available from corporate sector and local bodies are mainly for fixed assets.
  5. Revenue sources of the society are too short to meet require recurring expending for effective out put, In an attempt to minimize recurring expenditure, the institute have no option but as a compulsion compromise being made with quality of the services.
Hence to develop regular source of revenue generation is a critical factor for development and effective functioning of the institute.
